Return & Exchange Conditions

Not quite satisfied with your order? No problem! You can return your order under the following conditions:

  • All purchases may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 10 days of receiving it.
  • The items must include its original packaging and be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. 
  • Any item that does not have its sales tag attached or has been used, stained, washed or altered in any way (please don’t be that person!) cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Return Policy

  1. Please send us an email within 10 days of receiving your package to service@pinemercer.com - including your order number, name and the reason for your return.
  2. For your convenience, a pre-addressed and pre-paid return label will be sent to you. Please do not ship anything to us without a return/exchange authorization from us.  
  3. Refunds may only be issued to ​the credit card used to make the original purchase. Refunds usually take 5-7 business days to settle in your bank account. Sometimes this can take longer, so feel free to email us at service@pinemercer.com if you do not see your refund after 10 business days.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at service@pinemercer.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!
